As a long term spiritual seeker and practitioner, I’ve experienced first hand what it means to sacrifice who I am for the interests of keeping a relationship intact. I paid the price of acting what I was not with my health and my happiness. It took years of research about how to have a happy and fulfilling relationship before I finally put it all together and stumbled upon the love and happiness I desired with the man I had chosen to be with.
I’ve been with my Beloved, Tom, for over 9 years. He has been the greatest friend, companion and teacher that I could have wished for. It took several roller-coaster years and a lot of soul-searching to work the bugs out of our relationship; we are both stubborn about what we think is right. Believe me, we had our ups and downs, plenty of arguments and I experienced plenty of heartbreaks and self-doubt before I found the tools that allowed me to deal with my tumultuous emotions and see my Beloved for who he really is.
As I sifted through old beliefs and habits, I learned what was most important to me and I found a way to get what I needed out of our relationship without struggling for it. It took time to accept myself and my divinely given gifts as something of value and to design a relationship that fit with the energies I embodied. I ended up writing a whole new definition of what is my optimum relationship.
I am very grateful to have Tom as my teacher and companion. It took time to come to this state of gratitude. Believe me, there were days that I felt so heart-wrenched and frustrated, that I seriously considered walking away from it all. At those times, whenever I looked into my heart, I knew that we were meant to be together and that somehow, we could have a happy relationship. The deep soul connection/bond between us was what kept us together during the ‘crucible’ years and inspired me to find a solution of how to feel satisfied with myself and the wonderful man I called into my life.
I am so much happier now that I have figured out that Tom provides me exactly what I need. He encourages me to become all I can be. I embody the soul energies of freedom, independence and self-sufficiency, and Tom gives me the freedom to do just that. He is always there for me to fall back on when I need someone to tell my troubles to. I have learned to deal with my worries and fears so that we can communicate simply and easily and we bask in love energy when we snuggle. We are both content, benefit each other and stay together by choice. I have learned to appreciate him for all he does for me and the more I appreciate him, the more he is willing to do for me. We have learned a love language that works for us.
I am blessed to live on the Central Oregon Coast with my sweetheart, Tom, my Italian Greyhound, Scooter and two cats, Nadia and Pasha. Romps in the woods or on the beach stimulate inspirations and insights that help to improve the quality of my life and the lives with whom I share. My favorite activity is exploring the inner worlds, as an inter-dimensional traveler who accesses wisdom, insights and information from the other side and brings it back to Earth. Relationships, be it relationships with self, with spirit or with others is a favorite topic of research, exploration and conversation. I absolutely love making sense of the complex dynamics and unique combinations of energies that happen in a relationship. It’s sort of reading an energetic language. I’ve discovered that the relationship with self comes first and lays the foundation to relationships of any other kind, especially with your Beloved.
I see world as a wonderful place, and the more I explore the intricate, interconnected relationships and complex designs of our world and our part in it, the more magical it becomes. Everything seems to be designed to serve multiple purposes.
I also manage a carwash, small RV park and laundromat, have my own tax preparation and bookkeeping business, do massage and other healing therapies, Relationship Rescue Soul Readings and mentoring.
